Longevity Concierge ("we," "us") is published by Holistic Creative Studios LLC, Kansas City, Missouri. This policy explains what we collect when you use Longevity Concierge on the web or in our iPhone and Android apps, and how we use it.
We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
To run the app, sync your data across your devices, provide coach replies, run the community and keep it safe, help your concierge support your package, and send sign-in emails. We do not sell your data.
We use Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Resend (sign-in and service emails), and Anthropic (AI coach; messages you send to the coach go to Anthropic to generate a reply). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Food logs and habits can reveal information about your health. We treat them as sensitive, use them only to provide the app to you, and will notify you as required by law, including the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule, if they are ever accessed without authorization.
To keep the coach within general wellness topics, replies blocked by our safety check are saved so our team can review them. When you report a post, we save a copy of it and the reason so our team can review it, usually within 24 hours.
You can delete your account and all your data at any time in the app: Account → Delete my account. You can also request deletion without the app. Deletion removes your account, logs, coach history, posts and cheers. Copies of reported posts may be kept for up to 90 days for safety records.
You can edit your name in the app, block people, and turn reminders on or off. Questions or requests: hello@longevityconcierge.app.
The app is for adults 18 and older.
We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for material changes, let you know in the app.
