These terms govern your use of Longevity Concierge on the web and in our iPhone and Android apps, published by Holistic Creative Studios LLC, Kansas City, Missouri ("we," "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms.
Longevity Concierge provides general wellness education and coordination. We are not a medical provider. Nothing in the app, including the AI coach, meal estimates, community posts, or check-ins, is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not prescribe, dispense, or recommend any medication, peptide, or dosage. Always direct medical questions to your licensed healthcare provider. If you think you have an emergency, call 911.
Protein and fiber numbers come from USDA data and AI estimates and may be inaccurate. Use them as general information only.
Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
You must be 18 or older. Keep your email secure, since it is how you sign in. You are responsible for what you post.
Be kind. We have zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive content and users: no harassment, hate, sexual content, threats, medical advice, dosing talk, selling or recruiting. You can report any post and block any person from the post itself. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and remove people who post it.
The app is free to use, and we do not charge you through the app. Members with an active product package may also be invited to the Circle, our group with weekly live calls, which is offered separately from the iPhone and Android apps.
Product packages are ordered through Amway by your concierge, an independent Amway Business Owner. Orders, pricing, shipping, returns and loyalty membership benefits are governed by Amway's terms and policies, which can change. Discounts on third-party products or services are offered by those companies under their own terms. Longevity Concierge is operated independently and is not owned or endorsed by Amway.
The app is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. We may update these terms; if we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
